Strides Digital Ops Control Centre

The Strides Digital Ops Control Centre (OCC) is a 24/7 operational centre that manages commercial logistics assets for Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) activities. Operational since Oct 2023, its mission is to continuously monitor operations, optimize demand and fulfilment, and collaborate with 30 commercial fleet operators. The centre handles approximately 6,000 vehicles and logistics assets monthly for SAF. Additionally, the OCC ensures timely reporting, investigation, and closure of incidents and accidents, maintaining the highest standards of safety and accountability.

The centre also oversees Stellar Ace Outdoor, addressing public feedback and authority queries regarding 2,700 bus stops across Singapore. It ensures prompt follow-up actions and resolutions to maintain efficient operations. By leveraging Strides Digital’s proprietary software, the OCC automates processes to achieve operational excellence. This system collects real-time data, providing customers with comprehensive performance insights and enhanced visibility.
