STRIDES Digital Showcases AI-Powered Bus Captain Profiling Portal to Minister for Transport at SMRT Contractor Safety Forum

STRIDES Digital’s Data Analytics team recently showcased the Bus Captains (BC) Profiling Portal to Minister for Transport at the SMRT Contractor Safety Forum. This innovative portal identifies at-risk BCs and allow early intervention such as counselling and targeted training for the at-risk BCs.

Leveraging on data collected from our SMRT Buses telematics system that was installed on all our bus fleet, our data scientists team built AI-model and smart algorithms to assesses individual BC risk profiles, considering factors such as driving performance, driving behavior, and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) insights.

This initiative demonstrates Strides Digital’s commitment to use technology to add to our SMRT Buses capabilities, enhancing transportation safety and lowering risk of accident and incident.
